Adopted March 3, 1995
Conflict of Interest
- Radiation Control Board members who have a conflict of interest or may have a potential conflict of interest in any issue before the Board should declare the conflict, verbally, prior to entering into a discussion of the issue.
- Board members who have an actual conflict of interest in a motion to be voted on by the Board should abstain from voting on the motion.
- Upon appointment to the Radiation Control Board, each Board member should complete a written Conflict of Interest statement, or if the Board member does not have any conflicts of interest, a statement to that effect. The statement is to be updated as needed.
