DEQ agreement state/groundwater authority task force is being formed to meet the following objective:
Stakeholders will evaluate issues associated with the State's assuming regulatory authority of uranium mills and uranium tailings as well as evaluating issues associated with regulation of the groundwaters affected by these sites.
